Furthermore we create a new heart - mind connection, that is enabling you to use your mind as a precious tool & friend, rather than being ruled by it.

Re establish & heal the connection to your inner child through identifiying stored trauma and the need that lies underneath. We will journey shamanicly and use "tuned in meditations" so you will directly feel how you can listen to your child`s needs and provide them.

- Womb Wisdom -

Identifying disconnection in your female body & how a reconnection impacts your energy stream and intuition. And through that: not only living with more aliveness and a deeper wisdom of your womb, but even more: living your life in alignment & integrity with this part of your body, which opens a wider connecting to wisdom of earth itself.
